- Built the legal and compliance function of a multi-entity technology group of more than 100 people, spanning United States, Cypriot and Lithuanian structures, taking it from no infrastructure to full M&A readiness.
- Led two transactions with global e-commerce platforms totalling more than USD 30m, including cross-jurisdictional due diligence across five entities and the post-completion governance that followed.
- Negotiated technology and platform agreements with international luxury groups, controlling intellectual property transfer terms, data provisions and liability positions.
- Managed a global intellectual property portfolio of trademarks, domains and copyrights, including ownership transfers and enforcement against third parties across multiple jurisdictions.
- Maintained corporate governance and KYC readiness across the full entity lifecycle — board resolutions, employee share option structuring, powers of attorney and registry filings.
