Georgy Agadzhanov

Adviser, People

Georgy advises on the human side of corporate work — organisational design, senior hiring and exits, incentive structures, and the people mechanics of transactions and restructurings.

He spent seven years at a global luxury e-commerce group as Senior Head of People Business Partnering and Regional HR Director, latterly across the Middle East, and has since served as Chief People Officer of a luxury marketplace and as a fractional HR director to clients across the MENA and EMEA regions.

Where a transaction, a restructuring or a market entry turns on people rather than paper, he is the person who makes that side of it work.
